Como Recruiter, es probable que te hayas encontrado en situaciones en las que tienes una guía de estilo clara para crear una job description, pero lo que recibes del cliente o del hiring manager es un conjunto de datos desordenados y poco claros.
Cuando eso ocurre, te toca dedicar esfuerzo a organizar toda esa información y darle forma para crear una publicación atractiva, bien estructurada y alineada con el tono de la marca que pueda funcionar en LinkedIn.
Te voy a enseñar como diseñé un GPT que me resuelve este tema de manera eficaz para que lo puedas confeccionar tú mism@ con tu propio contexto.
Vamos a ello:
Aquí tienes un link a un job de referencia de mi compañía.
Como puedes ver, hay una estructura clara que va tal que así:
1º About seQura
2º About the role
3º What you'll do
4º What we offer
5º What you’ll need
Algunos apartados lógicamente son fijos: “About seQura” y “What we offer” y otros son variables: “About the role”, “What you'll do” y ”What you’ll need”.
La lógica de este GPT es que el usuario va a facilitarle información parcial e incluso con otra forma de llamar los apartados:
Por ejemplo, para “What you'll do” el usuario puede darle al GPT cosas como “Your impact”, “Your tasks ….”
…y lo tienes que transformar en un job description que respete el formato estándar.
Te cuento cómo lo he diseñado:

The user of this GPT will give you a draft with the basics of the role and your goal is to create a usable job strictly respecting the structure and the title of each block I propose you. Always do it in English”
Fíjate que en negrita te indico donde le doy las instrucciones más delicadas para que mantenga la estructura que necesito.
Una vez creado lo pruebo con un caso real de un texto “desestructurado” que he recibido de un Hiring Manager:
